Alexander Stadium is one of the leading athletics stadiums in England and the largest facility of its kind in the United Kingdom. The stadium proudly hosted the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies, as well as the athletics and para athletics competitions.
Our stadium is a premier sporting facility, with our Gymnastics and Martial Arts Centre being the only dedicated gymnastics facility in Birmingham and our 3G and grass pitches hosting West Bromwich Albion F.C. Women for the 25/26 season. At the stadium you'll find exceptional athletics facilities too, with both indoor and outdoor athletics tracks for training and competitions.
