Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Indoor Cycling Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.
