Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. Not only is it great for your cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also great at toning your muscles and gaining strength. Indoor cycling will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and your core. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.

Hatha Yoga
A yoga class described as 'Hatha' will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques, practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. Hatha yoga is about finding balance.
