Gymfants
Our Gymfants programme is suitable for children between 18 months and 4 years.
Gymfants is a structured pre-school gymnastics programme. It aims to develop children’s balance, co-ordination, spatial awareness, flexibility and movement through physical gymnastics activities which are fun, exploratory and challenging.
Our gymnasium is equipped with mini apparatus tailored specifically for pre-school children.
Prices start from just £29 per month. Unsure if your child will enjoy it? Sign them up and your first session will be completely free. Passport to Leisure holders will receive a 20% discount.

Recreational Gymnastics
These sessions are perfect for those aged between four and 16-years old. This carries on building that base skill for aspiring gymnasts. Working with fully qualified coaches, students will be able to improve their balance, bravery and stamina.
- 4-7-year olds - £29 per month

City of Birmingham Gymnastics Club
Alexander Stadium is the proud home of the City of Birmingham Gymnastics Club - one of the oldest clubs in the country.
The performance programme offers more extensive training opportunities with specialist coaches and it is designed to prepare gymnasts for higher levels of competition.
With programmes focussing on Men & Women's Artistic, Tumbling, Rhythmic Gymnastics and more, we're proud to create an environment to help aspiring athletes thrive.
Intermediate & Advanced Recreational Programme
We're delighted to be offering two hours of dedicated Intermediate & Advanced sessions per week. These sessions are geared towards preparing people for local competitions and performances.
We can help you nail your routine or help with any pre-comp nerves which are perfectly normal.

British Gymnastics Affiliated
We're proud that our gymnastics sessions are led by fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches. All of our coaches have been DBS checked and aim to provide a fun and positive experience for all that come through our doors.
If your child is on lessons with us at Alexander Stadium, you can see their sessions from our viewing gallery. We have limited refreshments available on site so please bare that in mind if coming to see your child's session.
