Virtual Sprint A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Gym Quieter Hours are operating Monday to Friday at 12pm - 1pm and weekends at 10.30am - 11.30am.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
