Yoga Unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Gym Quieter Hours are operating Monday to Friday at 12pm - 1pm and weekends at 10.30am - 11.30am.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
