You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Trial Gymnastics Taster Sessions

Our Gymnastics programmes build agility, balance and coordination using various pieces of equipment including bars, beams and vaults with qualified instructors. These free taster sessions are a fantastic introduction to gymnastics lessons.

Children should wear comfortable clothing.

  • Saturday at 12.45pm-1.15pm for 18 months-2.5 years, 1.15pm-1.45pm for 2.5 years - 3.5 years and 1.45pm-2.15pm for 3-4 years
  • Sunday at 12.30pm-1pm for 4-5 years, 1pm-1.30pm for 6-7 years, 1.30pm-2pm for 8-10 years or 2pm-2.30pm 11+ years

Pilates Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Body Sculpt Body sculpt is a barbell class designed to cater for all fitness levels lead by our supportive instructors.
